[Bug 1388451] Re: package linux-image-extra-3.13.0-39-generic (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: cannot copy extracted data for './lib/modules/3.13.0-39-generic/kernel/drivers/media/usb/tm6000/tm6000.ko' to '/lib/modules/3.13.0-39-generic/kernel/drivers/media/usb/tm6000/tm6000.ko.dpkg-new': unexpected end of file or stream

It appears the .deb file is corrupt.

You may need to run the following:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

Then re-install the package.

If that does not resolve your issue, please mark the bug as "Confirmed"
