[Bug 1389675] Re: Function keys will not adjust brightness
Paul B, I've updated the wiki to clarify which architecture to test, and
what the installation command means. As you are using a 64-bit OS, you
would want to follow the amd64 instructions.
As well, there isn't a high likelihood of making your install
unbootable. If the kernel doesn't work for whatever reason, one may
simply boot into the default kernel and follow the support instructions
to remove the mainline kernel.

keys adjust the brightness. I have been trying to get a solution to
