[Bug 1366841] Re: [Dell XPS 11] Card reader RTS5249 doesn't work because failed to enable MSI
This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves
the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the
results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-
trusty' to 'verification-done-trusty'.
If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Adam: backporting "034cd97ebda4062eb4402a6cf963ccd262caa86a PCI/MSI:
Remove pci_enable_msi_block()" from mainline/master works too.
Please include this patch in Trusty and Utopic. (Adam: Utopic doesn't
have this issue.)
