Bug description:
I thought this bug was resolved but it is still present in my laptop.
The wireless network always works very slow and sometimes it does not
work, the card is always connected to the router but the connection is
slow and unstable.
I have a lenovo thinkpad E440 with 04:00.0 Network controller: Intel
Corporation Wireless 7260 (rev 73).
I runned ubuntu-bug linux as someone recomends here
