Ubuntu 140.10 32bit 11 sept daily build.
Partitioning a fiber channel disk ( dev/sdc in this example) outputs the following error:
The partition table has been altered.
Calling ioctl() to re-read partition table.
/dev/sdc: close device failed: Remote I/O error

And yet I can mount, read/write on the disk ( after creating a
filesystem ).
