[Bug 874015] [NEW] Whenever I try to safely remove my Hard disk in Ubuntu 11.10 Then I encounter a black screen.

Whenever I try to safely remove my Hard disk in Ubuntu 11.10 Then I encounter a black screen.
It tells system panic occured and then nothing is working anymore and I need to power down the machine and boot again.
