[Bug 1254936] [NEW] networking disabled and unable to reenable after resume from suspend

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When I resume from suspend my networking is disabled (not just wifi).
Reenabling it via NetworkManager does not work. Both wlan0 and eth0 are
no longer visible in the output of sudo ifconfig, only lo.

$ sudo lshw -C network

I added the line
SUSPEND_MODULES="wl"
to /etc/pm/config.d/config and it seems fine now.

This bug is a regression. I did not experience it in 13.04 or previous
versions, just 13.10
