Bug description:
I have an Acer Aspire V5-571.... running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.. When I
attempt to "shut down" all goes well,.. all power lights ect go
blank,.. after a few seconds the "unit powers back up,.. and
"restarts"... I have updated the BIOS.
