surendra, are you able to get to a the desktop in the live environment
via http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ ?
If so, could you please execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 1325452

Incomplete
Bug description:
unable to boot up ubuntu 12.04 after the above error displayed during
startup. Tried to look at solution from online community help from
ubuntu and tried to apply the solution displayed for the problem. But
unable to carry out any changes as it does not accept any command when
trying to apply while starting grub and press alt+cltr+F2 and carry
out changes to install gdm and update it. Also unable to go to login
as keyboard stop functioning properly and not able to put user name
and password.
