Title:
USB Devices (Mice and Keyboards) not available anymore after X start

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Mostly after booting my USB devices doesn't work. But sometimes it
  works without any error.

I can see the optical mice (Logitech RX250) blinks one time between
booting and after that the light of the mouse switches off and I
cannot use it anymore. In addition I can unlock my LUKS with the
keyboard (Logitech K120) and then it's the same. Keyboard and mouse
  doesn't work.

I'm using the Lenovo Flex 2-15 with the following hardware configuration:
  Intel Core i5-4200U
  Nvidia GeForce 840M 4 GB
  Intel QS77 Express Chipsatz
  8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM

I already blacklisted the ideapad_laptop module, but it doesn't solve
  the problem.
