Bug description:
Please enable CONFIG_SCOM_DEBUGFS for ppc64el kernels, this creates
some new files in debugfs that allow userspace (root only) to access
the P7/P8 chip internal XSCOM bus, which is needed for various
debug/diag/mfg tools. There should be no runtime impact on performance
or stability by just enabling that option.
