Title:
Dell Latitude 2110: Brightness keys come through two input devices

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  According to <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hotkeys/Troubleshooting>, "If
the events are reported by more than one input device then report a
kernel bug (Ubuntu linux package) because it should only send the
event on one device." On my Latitude 2110, the brightness control
keys (Fn+Up and Fn+Down) seem to appear through two different devices,
/dev/input/event3 ("AT Translated Set 2 keyboard") and
/dev/input/event4 ("Video Bus"). The keys also control the screen
brightness, even in a text console.
