Can makedumpfile be removed from the syncpackage blacklist?

Bug description:
  Please sync makedumpfile 1.5.7-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
      - kdump-config: load kdump kernel from vmlinux too.

  This has been merged in debian by Louis Bouchard.
