Is this reproducible in the latest release of Ubuntu via

Title:
no wakeup from S3
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Ubuntu Version
Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch)
Release: 9.04
All updates installed (25.2.09)
I recently got a new Mainboard. (Asus M3N78-EM)
Sleeping the system works without problems. The power led is flashing.
After waking it up i get I/O errors on my harddrive. I have tested this with different disks. The disk is connected to a sata port controlled by the Geforce 8200 chipset. The disk is simpy not accessible. This leads into a crash of the whole system. It beaves like when you disconnect the harddrive while the system is running.
I also tested this with Intrepid. Same problem. I only installed
Jaunty to check if the problem is gone.
Changing the SATA mode to AHCI, RAID or SATA makes no difference. I
have updated my bios to the last version.
This bug is very annoying because i use this board in my HTPC and my
desktop.
