Title:
  pm-hibernate doesn't hibernate; instead it shows "Read-error on swap-
  device (xxxxxxx)"

Bug description:
  I attached a video, which shows what happens. In words: I click "Hibernate" (pm-hibernate) and then the system shows me this "Read-error on swap-device (xxxxxxx)" error.
  pm-suspend works fine.
