  After resume
  [ 89.354583] rtsx_pci 0000:03:00.0: no hotplug settings from platform

  rmmod rtsx_pci
  modprobe rtsx_pci
  doesn't work

  Reboot
  [ 12.358093] rtsx_pci 0000:03:00.0: irq 47 for MSI/MSI-X
