Title:
dual display lost after using laptop screen

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I use a dual monitor setup everyday at work and it loads back normal
every time unless I use the laptop screen. If I take the laptop home
and load with only the laptop screen, the next day when I return to
work, one of my screens shows as a black screen and I can't see
anything on it. To get it back I have to turn a screen off and then
back on in display settings. This also causes my launch bar to switch
screens and the display interface does not work very well. If I click
the launch bar to move it to the other screen or I grab a screen to
move it, I loose focus of it and can't move it.

This all worked fine in 12.04
