Title:
  Lenovo W500 resume doesn't work on 12.04

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Seems to be similar to 378928 but in the current version of Ubuntu.

  Machine: Lenovo W500, 8GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD3650 512MB RAM, Bios 010.088.000.021.029592
  Catalyst: 8.96.7-120312a-125598C-ATI
  Disk: 240 GB SSD
  OS: Ubuntu 12.04 3.2.0-24-generic-pae

  Symtom:
  - Suspend works with any method (closing lid, acpitool etc) and after a short blink the moon comes on
  - Resume does not. On opening the lid or pressing the power button the Bluetooth light comes on but nothing else happens, no screen flicker, no password prompt. Ports seem not to be active

  What should happen:
  - comes back to live
