Title:
Kubuntu 13.04: System Frozen when Resuming from Suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Kubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) just installed

-- UPDATE 12-6-2014 : Now using 14.04. This is the reason why I'm not
using Kubuntu as my preffered system.

System resumes or locks screen correctly. It also correctly displays
  resume screen.

But then keyboard seems to be locked, I can't move to buttons or
password field, not even using the mouse. The mouse pointer moves
normally but clicking on fields do nothing, it seems the controls are
  disabled although display as enabled.

Once I was able to display the mnemonics of buttons pressing 'Alt',
but either way they didn't respond to the action.

I just only able to power off the computer and restart.

  ---

UPDATE 12-6-2014 : Now using 14.04. Just in case it helps: Resume
works perfectly using kubuntu-desktop in standard Ubuntu. Also, NVIDIA
driver works perfectly using kubuntu-desktop, but using Kubuntu I must
select Xorg driver, because choosing Nvidia one there is a risk to
  lose the system (wrong display).
