Bug description:
  Tried:
  - Sound-->Alertvolume: Slider to 0
  - Sound-->Alertvolume: Mute enabled
  - Blacklisting pcspkr according to this:
  http://www.arsgeek.com/2006/08/23/how-to-turn-off-the-annoying-system-beep-in-linux-debianubuntu/
  - and at least one other forum topic, i cant remember which though

  It still beeps annoyingly loud everytime I put the laptop to sleep or
  shut it down
