[Bug 1403459] Re: kernel bug when hotplugging a CPU
The patch has made its way into the linux-3.16.y-queue upstream branch,
so it should be in Utopic shortly.

Bug description:
When I hot-plug a CPU to an Ubuntu 14.10 VM running on KVM, I get
following kernel bug. Ubuntu 14.04 is not affected by this bug.
