The wireless LED won't be off when the wifi is off by using the hotkey or with it disabled in the network-manager.
(LED always on)
Steps:
1. Install 14.04.1 + update
2. Test the wireless LED by using the hotkey
3. Test the wireless LED by using the GUI
Expected result:
* Wireless LED will be off when wifi is disabled
Actual result:
* Wireless LED always on with step 2 and 3
