Try to run

echo 'options asus_nb_wmi wapf=4' | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/asus.conf

and reboot.

Bug description:
  In my opinion, this is a very similar bug to

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1395465

  in the sense that the bluetooth indicator works but no external devices are detected.
  I don't know which information I should provide here so I just insert uname -a and lsusb.
