i don't think that the https://translations.launchpad.net/keryx/devel/
is related to lp:keryx/devel branch.Its the template for stable
branch(and not 1.0,which will require more work). So you can use the
code in linux folder of keryx0.92.3.1.zip provided at download section
in overview. Put translated file in /locale/<language iso
code>/LC_MESSAGES/ as keryx.mo.Hope this helps and some more
knowledgeable person answers you soon.
