[Question #695614]: Keryx is loading eternally on start up, regardless of whether i choose to update packages or not

when starting keryx for the first time on ubuntu-20.04.2.0 it just loads forever getting nowhere I've let it load for more than 12 hours and it's still loading.

i tried shutting it down to try without updating package but same issue.

it's showing a pop up with the title "Loading..." and the text "This may take a while please be patient"
