Arcs in gerberview

Hi,

Although in rs-274x it is said that with arcs smaller than 90 degrees
I an J are unsigned, some application include the sign. (eg; some of
the gEDA-PCB sample files do). In my gerber-parser I solved this by
using the absolute value of I and J for arcs smaller than 90 degrees.

Just a suggestion .....
