consisting of three columns: program and hotkey and feature.


Then this table should be discussed on the user list until a consensus
is reached.


If you want to coordinate that discussion, your help would be appreciated.


Then we should discuss how to best code it, I think Jean-Pierre has
done some work in that area recently.
