Minizip building on windows is broken at the moment. As a workaround
You may pass -DKICAD_MINIZIP=OFF to the cmake command (You probably
have to remove the build directory and start from scratch).
You may also edit the CMakeCache.txt from Your build directory. Find a line:
KICAD_MINIZIP:BOOL=ON
and change it to:
KICAD_MINIZIP:BOOL=OFF
Save Your changes and than run this command:
make rebuild_cache
After that, kicad should build without minizip.
