1. It adds a ``scrips/chupa'' folder and files inside it to svn tree
2. It doesn't modify makefiles (required to autoplace by 'make
install' them into kicad-bin folder) yet
3. Tutorial and help files will be available later

This utility modifies .brd file:
1. replaces all drills to grous by criteria
2. replaces padsizes
3. replaces Vias (If you need to modify not all vias)
