I attempt commit "changelog.txt" and nsis_win_installer/

Portuguese.nsh
but, return:

Error: MKACTIVITY of '/svnroot/kicad/!svn/act/ec27db9c-80b7-924e-bce2-
2e34ac37c885': 403 Forbidden (http://kicad.svn.sourceforge.net <http://kicad.svn.sourceforge.net>) 

What is wrong?
