It seems that internationalization support got broken between 6th day
version (my guess it was 1451) and r1460. I keep getting "Cannot set
locale to 'xx_XX'." error on every other language than english and
default, which stays at english but should be finnish. I'm developing on
ubuntu and both 8.04 and 8.10 show the problem. Could anyone confirm the
state of affairs on their end?
