Wayne and Jean-Pierre,

I have been busy lately, and have not been of much help lately, but I 
wanted to thank you for the nice way the global configuration variable 
are handled. I loaded eeschema today, and for the first time I did not 
have to turn off grid dots, which is always the first thing I do.

I assume this is because the setting is now being remembered across 
sessions.
