Mask Clearance

Mask clearance should be a board attribute, not a configuration one. After all it's like track clearance and size...

That's because depending on the process (photographic or serigraphic masking) and manufacturing facilities it can vary from board to board... some board shop also enlarge them in house, so we need to send masks with zero clearance.

Also, it is normal that configuration isn't saved automatically?
