Hi

I have writen folowing patch, which enables you to move zone corners
very fast.

HOW IT WORKS:
It is enabled only when ZONE tool is active. When you make a left click it 
selects nearest corner if there is a nearby zone_outline. On next click zone
corner is placed. If there is no outlines under the mouse it starts new zone. 

Please take a look on patch and comment.
