Mateusz,

I know that criticism is not always welcome, but you made typical MS Word
beginners mistake - you did not use styles. This is first step to a mess in
near future if document is extended by others - this is the reason why I
love LyX - it forces style consistency.

I corrected the styling a litte, but IMVHO the document miss original
author, changes history (for furhter generations - it would be nice to have
a tool which updated that from repository comments automagically).

[I reserved KEP-001 for document style guide :-)]
