Due the change of the packaging tool directory i'm submitting the 
assestment changes.
To commit those changes is enough erase anything under packaging/mac- 
osx/ and after untar the file in attachment from the source root 
directly.

Example on how to built the package from the source root:
/Developer/usr/bin/packagemaker -d packaging/mac-osx/osx-package.pmdoc 
-o Kicad.pkg
