They are simple and understandable. I haven't looked at Launchpad yet. If there is something compelling at launchpad, that's great, but I download code from google all the time and it seems fine.

I was unimpressed with what Google are offering, enough so to say we 
should not even consider it, we have better options.

I spent time there, and at launchpad, and looking at trac.
