Dear Developers,

Does the line in common/about_kicad.cpp should look like:

#if defined(HAVE_SVN_VERSION) && defined(HAVE_SVN_REVISION)

instead of:

#if defined(HAVE_SVN_VERSION) II defined(HAVE_SVN_REVISION)

Currently, I cannot build KiCad if I cannot check the SVN revision (I
do not have svn command installed, only TortoiseSVN).

The HAVE_SVN_REVISION is set always when config.h is present (I
previously added empty one).
