After checking my gerbers, and post scripts I found an issue with the silkscreen layer. I have checked the pads in the board file again to make sure the pad attributes do not have both PCB layers selected. However, the silkscreen layers seem to merge for both sides so I am getting component footprints from the back on the front and front on back as if they are the same layer. 

Could someone advise me on the issue here?
