So it seems that even 1024x768 is a bit too much because of modern mini-notebooks. I aim to buy one of those real soom :)

But, as was said in another message, this could be achieved with a smaller font... is this possible at all? Normaly reducing the font only makes it unreadable...

So, is the problem that some screens will need to be split in two? Or in some cases that this is not possible, some scroll could help...

is all that I take from this.

I agree that 1024x768 still a minimum resolution continue to support, for students and laptop users.
No one prohibites us to develop additional commodities/features for higher resolutions leaving a minimal usability at that lower resolutions.
