Dear all,

I don't know if these issues are bugs or `features`.
In CvPCB if you add a user defined library you don't get the absolute path dialog.
And if I set the no-connect flag on it is printed on the copper layer. Should we not exclude it from copper layer print or plot?

After drawing a new pcb with latest revision my work speed is increased ! And even more clear to use the tools than before.
