This is on my list once USE_WX_ZOOM is the default build setting. This
was discussed a while back when I changed the zooming to the current
architecture. Once I finish fixing USE_WX_ZOOM and the dust settles on
the next release version, I'll take a look at implementing some type of
incremental zooming instead of the fixed zoom levels we currently have.
