How about extending these (and their respective configs on other
systems) to include default loaded libraries? Current default libraries
libraries are defined in template/kicad.pro, but as it is in system
directoryu there is no user access to modify it. Maybe even better
option would be .kicad.pro in user's home directory that would take
preference over the system one. That might be far easier to implement as
well. What do you think about it?

PS. Language selection could IMHO left for KiCad project manager only,
without five multiples.
