For the benefit of the list, Florian and I have exchanged a set of 
emails in private and are ready to come back publicly soon. I do not 
believe that he is planning on leaving the project.

But life is what happens when you are making other plans.

And it gets even harder when you are trying to predict another's 
actions, let alone your own. :)
