This seems to be our best bet for now. 

And after 3 months of opportunity for all to fix the worst case dialog, theworst case dialog that I am aware of is 

dialog_design_rules_base.fbp

and it shows up on my screen (with my large fonts for blind men) as 883x743and this is less than the laptop size recommended by Mateusz.

So Mateuez' vote carries the day.

1024 x 768.
