Collateral effect with module editor hotkeys

The hot keys for the module editor (like M for move) are somehow
inherited from the main editor...

This way with the mouse over a pad in a module hitting M causes the pad
to move instead of the module (which is wrong in the 99.9999% of the
cases...)
