No problem.  I don't think it has been a very big issue until recently as the
number of contributors seemed to be limited to a fairly small group.  Recently
there seems to be quite a few new names submitting patches ( which has the
potential to be a good thing ) so it may become more important get the coding
standards published if this trend continues.

If you don't get it done this weekend, maybe you could release it as is just to
prevent repeating the same code formatting questions over and over again.  We
can always add the remaining clarifications as we go.  Thanks for taking the
time to finish this up.
