3D viewer problem with rendering transparent models

There's a problem with rendering transparent 3d packages. Some
components situated behind transparent ones are completely covered by
the transparent one, and some are not. This might happen if the
rendering order is not back to front, and the parts components that get
drawn afterward might not get rendered because of the z-buffer. The
result is sometimes disturbing :P .
(Yes, I tested this with the latest development branch BZR2479).
