No, we don't. The wiki at sourceforge is useful though. The mailing list
at launchpad is mainly for developers (which makes me wonder what I'm
doing here :p ).

I was just as confused as you are until I read a discussion on
mail-archives saying that the official development has moved to launchpad.

Latest stable code, latest development code are on launchpad. If you
want to develop kicad (code, libraries, footprints, ideas), this is the
