Excuse my botswanian, but fuck VC++ support. I'm pretty certain you
couldn't even get academic C++ to work on that, and even if you could
patch up kicad, it's just not worth the wait to
a) Set everything up (three plus hours)
b) Wait forever for the build to hopefully complete (unknown)

I am fairly convinced now that this is a C++ conformance issue. It's
just not kicad that's the culprit, and it's not even worth discussing
here, so my apologies to everyone on the list.
